You will be the right hand of the CEO, split between driving our market presence and ensuring our internal operations run like a well-oiled machine. One hour you’re closing a lead or designing a campaign, the next you’re optimizing our HR onboarding or managing the company's financial heartbeat.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
Part 1: Sales & Marketing (Growth)
- Commercial Spark: Identify new opportunities, follow up on leads, and help expand our footprint in Healthcare, Social Housing, and Property Management.
- Brand Ambassador: Create compelling content and marketing campaigns that resonate with our target industries.
- Customer Journey: Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure our users are not just satisfied, but fans of FixForm.
Part 2: Operations & People (The Engine)
- HR & Team Growth: Manage the end-to-end HR process, from scouting and hiring new 'FixFormers' to managing contracts and rewards. As well as keeping the team together with workation and teambuilding
- Finance & Office: Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, office management, and ensure our workspaces (in Ghent or Leuven) remain inspiring places to work.
- Process Optimization: As we scale, you’ll design and implement the workflows that keep us efficient (Legal HR, contact management, and internal policies).

👤 Who Are You?
- High Energy: You bring a "let's go" attitude to every meeting.
- Versatile: You can talk marketing strategy in the morning and dive into payroll or legal HR in the afternoon.
- Language: Fluent in Dutch and English (essential for our Belgian roots and global reach).
- Education: You ideally hold a degree in Commercial Engineering (Handelsingenieur), Applied Economics (TEW), or an equivalent business-focused Master's degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in both commercial strategy and operational analysis.
- Affinity with our sector: Experience or strong interest in the PropTech, Real Estate, or Facility Management sectors is a significant plus, as it will accelerate your ability to understand our customers' needs and market dynamics.
- Location: You are excited to be part of our local hubs in Ghent or Leuven/Hoegaarden.
