First of all, what is FixForm?
- FixForm is a software company that facilitates collaboration between stakeholders to keep infrastructure and buildings in a good, safe and clean condition
- In order to use FixForm, You must read and accept our SaaS-agreement.
What is a SaaS-agreement?
- Our SaaS-agreement (Software as a Service) contains the rules and limitations to how we will deliver the FixForm-software to you and to how you may use the FixForm-software.
- In addition, the SaaS-agreement formalizes a number of practical modalities (e.g. our different Subscription Plans, payment and facturation, term of the agreement, etc.) as well as legal modalities (e.g. indemnity and liability, governing law and jurisdiction, etc.).
- In short, the SaaS-agreement ensures that there is a clear and formal framework on who is responsible for what and on what terms. This improves the predictability in our collaboration, which will minimize risks for both of us by preventing conflict and disputes in the future.
What are some key points of Our SaaS-agreement?
- FixForm offers different subscription plans and corresponding fees, with a varying number of rooms and QR-codes included per plan. These plans are outlined in the agreement and may change from time to time.
- We strive to deliver our services 24/7, except where not possible due to required maintenance.
- You may only use our services as intended and may not store or transmit unlawful or harmful content via the FixForm platform nor commit unlawful or damaging activities.
- FixForm and You commit to treat certain information of each other confidentially.
