The Mission
At FixForm, we’ve already conquered the chaos of facility management with our intuitive SaaS platform. Now, we are entering our next evolution. We aren’t just looking for a developer to write more code; we are looking for a visionary Senior AI Developer to lead FixForm into the age of AI Agents.
Your goal is to transform FixForm from a reactive task-management tool into a proactive, agentic ecosystem. You will lead the charge in automating the maintenance lifecycle—where AI agents don't just notify humans, but diagnose issues, track compliance, interact with tenants, and coordinate service providers autonomously.

- Agentic Architecture: You will build and deploy AI agents that run in parallel with our core SaaS, handling complex reasoning tasks like compliance, reporting, and conversation management..
- Next-Gen Development: You won't be stuck in legacy workflows. We expect you to lead by example using Cursor and Gemini to accelerate development. Your value is measured by the intelligence of the systems you build, not the lines of code you manually type.
- Scalable SaaS Evolution: Instead of "coding everything yourself," you will leverage AI to refactor, improve, and scale the current FixForm platform, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for high-concurrency agentic workflows.
- Impact Beyond Code: Product & Problem Solving.
This role transcends traditional software development. While deep technical skill is essential, your success will be measured by your ability to translate complex customer challenges in facility management into elegant, autonomous AI solutions. This is a hybrid role, blending Senior Engineering expertise with a strong Product mindset. You won't just be coding features; you will be acting as the architect who identifies high-value problems, designs the AI agentic workflow to solve them, and then oversees the implementation and deployment. Your focus is ultimately on delivering measurable, positive outcomes for our users by fixing real-world inefficiencies with intelligent systems.
The Ideal Profile
- The Architect of Agents: You have proven experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.
- AI-Native Workflow: You are a "Power User" of AI development tools. If you are using Cursor and Gemini (with its massive context window) as your primary workflow to outpace traditional development, this role is for you.
- SaaS Veteran: You understand the complexities of a modern SaaS platform (Task Management, Databases, GitHub, Document Hubs) and know how to weave AI into existing business logic without breaking the user experience.
- Strategic Mindset: You can distinguish between "AI hype" and "AI utility." You know when to use an Agent and when a simple script suffices.Education & Background
- Ideally, you hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates deep analytical and systems thinking capabilities. Your background should reflect an aptitude for tackling complex, real-world problems, mirroring the challenges faced in facility management.
- Industry Affinity: A strong interest in or professional exposure to the Real Estate (PropTech), Facility Management, or Construction sectors is a distinct advantage. Understanding the operational complexities of these environments will be crucial for designing agents that deliver targeted, high-value automation.
Technical skills
💡 Must-Have:
- Experience with PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue)
- Experience with Cursor and ideally Gemini and RAG
- Familiarity with unit testing
- Experience in documenting processes and solutions
- Solid understanding of OOP, version control and other essential practices.
- Experience with working with APIs.
- Proficient with databases.
- Fluent in English.
- You have experience with Typescript
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google)
