As a Customer Success Manager at FixForm, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients receive exceptional value from our platform. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and successful introduction to FixForm's platform and services.
Account Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their business needs and proactively provide solutions to help them achieve their sales objectives.
Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, helping them maximize their use of FixForm's tools and features. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our technical teams to resolve any challenges.
Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within FixForm, gathering feedback and insights to help shape product improvements and enhancements.
Renewal and Upsell: Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring high customer retention rates.

Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.

Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
